• Initial meeting to get an overview of your wedding day vision

• Meet four weeks before wedding date to finalize details, create a detailed timeline for contracted vendors, processional outline, etc...

• Personally contact each vendor on the wedding week to confirm arrangements and to make sure they agree with the timeline that they received two weeks prior

• Referrals to vendors as needed

• Design & Decor ideas

• Unlimited advice via telephone or e-mail

• Provide information on traditions and protocol and advice on etiquette

• Coordinate all of the formalities on wedding day such as the processional, grand entrance, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, etc... so that you can relax knowing everything's taken care of

• Orchestrate Rehearsal & Ceremony

• Arrive to wedding site two hours prior to ceremony to ensure a smooth day and to set up personal items such as, favor's, place cards, guestbook, etc... (within reason)

• Distribute flowers to the wedding party and assist with pinning

• Distribute final payments and tips to vendors if needed

• Direct the seating of guests with the ushers, que musicians

• Keep wedding party and families stress free
